A couple of days ago I met up with Linn and Daniel on the L train. We took it all the way to 8th ave and walked over to the Whitney Museum in Meatpacking.

Me and my girl being artsy and shit.

The museum consist of only modern American art and the halls are light and airy. So right up my alley. We strolled through the 7 very air conditioned floors and inspected the pieces. As well as laughed at some. I mean, an all black canvas?

Wouldn't mind having these two light installations on my wall in my future Brooklyn loft.

When we were freezing cold and tired of being all cultural we walked towards West Village. On our way we stopped for some sandwiches and iced coffee that we had in a little park while watching the city kids play in the sprinklers.

After having downed our lunch and rested our backs and feet we went down Bleecker and stopped at Sockerbit for some Swedish treats. Then we walked across town to East Village and Miss Lilys, where we had a couple of beers. Daniel's brother Nicolas joined us after a while and then I headed up towards the L train. Elton called me on FaceTime from Cannes and we updated each other over shitty hotel wifi as I waited for Paula to come meet me.

Back in Brooklyn we got all the yummie things you want in a sallad and we went back to mine for dinner candy and conversations about music missed lovers and drones up on the roof. And then she snuggled up next to me in bed and fell asleep while watching a movie.
