A couple of weeks ago, this one and I matched in our overalls and decided it was time for a proper after school drink. We went to Katze in Schanze where they serve the best caipirinhas. We talked about stalking boys on instagram and how having no dignity at all actually gets you places. As I was on my way home she texts me that she turned around, bought a bottle of wine and was on her way to mine because we couldn't just stop the night right there. So we got tipsy recording ourselves singing into my photo booth and later on went to Meri to have a drink with some of the school kids.
This was when it was still summer (it seems to have forgotten about Hamburg over the last week and showered us in rain) and you could walk around in your new favorite skirt, which I did.
I live in my favorite neighborhood in Hamburg, St Pauli. Just around the corner from where I used to live last year. And my street is the prettiest pastel dream you can imagine. Except for my house, of course.
It's been my fave girl Paula's birthday! You probably remember her from New York, where we got in trouble and had each others backs in whatever we got into. Like when we got our tattoos or when we went to Tictail's birthday party. I don't think I know anyone who's as kindhearted as her. She's like a big freaking sun who's impossible not to love. I MISS HER!
I had lunch with Mayan at our favorite Italian restaurant that we go to probably 4 times a week for lunch.
And last Friday I went out to Jakob's family house to hangout in their massive green paradise of a garden. James, Louis, Jakob, Mayan and I had one too many aperol spritz and danced to Rihanna all night long as a thunderstorm worthy of the tropics rolled in. The five of us make a great party apparently, as the cops decided to show up and tell us to turn it down a notch.
